Our 2022 Sip has intertwining aromas of citrus, lychee and Bosc pears. The hint of natural grape sugars aids in the palates roundness resulting in an inviting, supple, and juicy wine which leaves you wanting more.
Test Test Test Delicate aromas of jasmine, lemon grass, ginger and a hint of spice intertwine with juicy acidity. A hint of natural residual sugar balances the vibrant acidity leaving a lengthy impression on the palate.
Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes. Dark ruby red in colour and aged in oak barrels for 25 months this wine exudes aromas of mocha, dark chocolate, cassis, and a hint of tobacco. Cellar 7 to 10 years. Decanting recommended.
Aromas of black berries, cherries, cassis, liquorish and a hint of tobacco intermingle with underlying earthy and toasty oak notes. This single varietal merlot has deceptively powerful structure with rounded juicy tannins.
