2022 PINK FREUD
Our “Pink” grapes are grown specifically for rosé style wines. What does this mean? Well in order to achieve the necessary acidity, we ensure that our grape bunches are protected from the hot afternoon summer sunrays at all times. Once harvested by hand, the whole bunches of merlot grapes underwent a 2-day cold soak period. This resulted in the gentle extraction of colour and the enhancement of the vibrant aromas of our merlot grapes.

Our 2022 Pink flirts’ with aromas of old-fashioned rose petals, strawberries and doris plums. Our wine has complex structural integrity which balances beautifully with a touch of natural residual sugar and juicy acidity.
