Beautiful soft beading bubbles tingle in your mouth, while aromas of lime, lemon peel and peach jump out of the glass at you. Delightful acidity balanced by a hint of sweetness that finishes perceivably dry.
Our 2022 Sip has intertwining aromas of citrus, lychee and Bosc pears. The hint of natural grape sugars aids in the palates roundness resulting in an inviting, supple, and juicy wine which leaves you wanting more.
Delicate aromas of jasmine, lemon grass, ginger and a hint of spice intertwine with juicy acidity. A hint of natural residual sugar balances the vibrant acidity leaving a lengthy impression on the palate.
TESTOur barrel fermented chardonnay has a fine minerality and a clear linear acidity in its youth.
Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes. Dark ruby red in colour and aged in oak barrels for 25 months this wine exudes aromas of mocha, dark chocolate, cassis, and a hint of tobacco. Cellar 7 to 10 years. Decanting recommended.
