Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes. Dark ruby red in colour and aged in oak barrels for 25 months this wine exudes aromas of mocha, dark chocolate, cassis, and a hint of tobacco. Cellar 7 to 10 years. Decanting recommended.

Aromas of black berries, cherries, cassis, liquorish and a hint of tobacco intermingle with underlying earthy and toasty oak notes. This single varietal merlot has deceptively powerful structure with rounded juicy tannins.
