Winemaker Notes
The grapes that we used for our 2022 Sip were sourced from various vineyards in the Naramata and Summerland areas. This diversification in locations allowed us to optimize fruit quality and capture the uniqueness of varying vineyard sites into this tasty white wine blend.
Food Pairing Notes
Pairs with a platter of salty aged cheddar, goat cheese & dried local Okanagan fruits. Delicious with barbeque halibut served with a fresh arugula salad.

I first discovered this wine a few years ago in a Real Canadian Superstore and purchased it as a gift for my late wife’s geriatric psychiatrist. She reported that she found it a very pleasant wine. Since then I have purchased it again for both as a gift for this psychiatrist and also for myself. I find it is best served very cold and permitted to “breathe” well. Light and pleasantly fruity I find where food pairing is concerned it is best paired with fish, seafood and fowl dishes.
