Our 2020 Pinot Noir grapes are grown on the stunning Naramata bench These grapes were cold soaked for up to a period of 5 days prior to inoculation and then underwent a wild fermentation 800kg vessels. The small fermenters allowed our pinot noir to be pushed and pulled in different directions aiding in the overall complexities of this wine. Once fermented and pressed the wine rested in French oak barrels for a period of 18 months, 50% new oak, and was then blended and bottled.

These small fermenters allowed our pinot noir to be pushed and pulled in different directions aiding in the overall complexities of this wine. Once fermented and pressed the wine rested in French oak barrels, 46% new oak, and was then blended and bottled.
