Winemaker Notes
Our NV Fizzio Rose was handpicked and nurtured at our winery site on the Naramata Bench. Our Fizzio Rose was CO2 infused in a respectful manner resulting in a soft textured bubble.

I was nervous when I got this and saw it had a regular screw cap....I’d never seen bubbly with a screw cap...I thought maybe it’s just a rosé wine or a light Frizz-ante at best but was so pleasantly surprised when I opened it...a full on bubbly! A light kind of citrusy taste pink bubbly with lots of bubbles. No pop when you open but perfect for taking to the beach or park and have the screw cap on between glasses. I recommend!
