Our Chardonnay grapes were grown on our North Naramata Road property, Silhouette. The grapes were hand-picked at ideal sparkling ripeness. After primary fermentation this bass wine then underwent its secondary fermentation in bottle. The wine sat on its lees for a period of 36 months, and was then riddled and disgorged in June 2023. A 3% dosage of Pinot Noir, grown off the Naramata Bench, was added at finishing giving this wine a beautiful pink hue.
