2020 Aon
A delicious blend of fruit grown on the infamous Black Sage Road, and from the Naramata bench. The fruit was fermented as whole berries which comprised of 50% whole bunches. The wine underwent an 18-day post fermentation maceration to add structure and complexity. This decadent wine was then aged in 70% new French oak barrels for a period of 18 months and then was allowed to age in bottle prior to releasing in 2023.

Aromas of plums, blackberry, liquorish intermingle with a hint of dried tobacco and toasty oak. This wine has structure and complexity which benefits from decanting in its youth. Cellar for 7 to 10 years.
